Father Dies after he
begged for his life while cops beats him to death with their
batons - Family and witnesses Cell phones video seized.
A California father of four died after being beaten by
police outside of a Bakersfield hospital, while witnesses
say he begged for his life. A couple witnesses filmed the
gruesome scene, but say they were later forced to give their
cell phones to authorities and have yet to receive their
devices back.
The Bakersfield Californian
reported 33-year-old David Sal Silva
died early Wednesday morning in
the hospital after he was struck an unknown amount of times
by nine authorities seeking to subdue him. Silva was
considered possibly intoxicated and an autopsy is expected
to reveal if he was killed by injuries sustained in the
beating or other complications.

ILLINOIS MAN FACES 75
YEARS IN JAIL - For Filming Police - States are arresting
citizens to protect their police
More and more state are making laws to charge residents for
video and sound recording to protect their police from
being caught as they violate the law on a daily basis.
In many states, you can record police in public spaces
without their consent, but one Illinois man is facing 75
years in prison for doing just that.
What exactly did he do? The man, Michael Allison, recorded
police officers on duty in his front yard inspecting
vehicles he was repairing.
Allison was fined for failing to register the vehicles, and
so he requested an ordinance hearing, and once again he
brought his camera into the court and hit record.
For those simple acts, Allison is facing five felony charges
calling for 15 years in prison per each count– a possible
total of 75 years. If found guilty, he could easily spend
the rest of his life behind bars for “eavesdropping.” |
Plans
for 3D-printed gun downloaded 100,000 times;
Until further notice, the United States
government claims control of the information.
Their is 100,000 copies already out there
how long will it stay secret and why did the government even
bother. They can only hide something when they have control
of it or threaten people to keep silent and that does not
work very well anymore.
Plans for the 3D-printed gun developed by Defense
Distributed have been downloaded 100,000 times,
reports Forbes’s Andy Greenberg.
The State Department,
Greenberg also reports, has sent the company a letter,
calling for them to take down the computer-aided design, or
CAD, files, citing a potential violation of export control
laws. A State Department spokesperson confirmed that the
department has been in communication with the company, but
would not provide any details as to the nature of the
communication or the message conveyed. Defense Distributed’s
download site, defcad.org, features the following message:

These days, it’s becoming more difficult
for gun owners across the country to find safe haven, as the
powers that be on both federal and state levels begin
introducing a quagmire of anti-gun legislation hindering the
rights of law-abiding citizens. States like Illinois are
notorious for their anti-gun agendas, while states like
Texas are viewed as a sort of shooters’ paradise.
But just how true are those reputations?
To provide you with this info Guns & Ammo Magazine, has
compiled gun-friendly regions of the United States, they
analyzed all 50 states.and ranked them to find out which are
the most pro-gun based on laws for firearms.
Apparently since
it’s not a state, The Constitution and the Bill of
Rights really does not apply to the District of Columbia
so were not wasting our time to even talk about them.
But to be totally balanced
Guns
& Ammo included them.

The
Firearms Statistics That Gun Control Advocates Don’t Want to
See.
By Jason Howerton |
The Blaze
To accompany TheBlaze's coverage of the
National Rifle Association's annual meeting in
Houston, we figured it could be helpful to share some
gun statistics pointed out to us by some of the NRA
Convention attendees. Forget the talking points used by both
sides in the
gun control debate; we're going to be talking about
verified statistics.
Gun control advocates be advised, these are not the
statistics you are looking for.
According to data from the
FBI's uniform crime reports,
California had the highest number of gun murders in
2011 with 1,220 -- which makes up 68 percent of all murders
in the state that year and equates to 3.25 murders per
100,000 people.

The
Sightmark Laser Boresight
This Boresight provides the most convenient and
accurate method for sighting in rifles and
shotguns of all types. Simply chamber the
boresight like a regular bullet and a laser dot
will show exactly where the rifle is aiming.
It’s easy to sight in any scope without firing a
single shot. Live fire is only needed to fine
tune the weapon being sighted in order to
compensate for inconsistencies, such as bullet
drop due to distance.
It’s easy to use and will quickly save both time
and money by avoiding prolonged live fire tests
at the range; use the extra ammo for honing
those shooting skills and for the hunt. A
lightweight carrying pouch protects the laser
for convenient use in the field. The Sightmark
Laser Boresight is available in several calibers
and gages for use with all the most popular
rifles and shotguns. MSRP:

Fuel Costs Tenfold
With
many parts of the government claiming to feel the pangs of

Radical Islam Using U.S. Welfare Payments
To Fund Jihad?
After
the reports surfaced that the family of the accused

RML Red Center
Mass - CM-MK4
LaserLyte®, innovators in firearms
laser technologies, are rolling out the first Center
Mass™ Laser for handguns and any firearm with a
1-inch minimum Picatinny rail space. The innovative
laser system displays a ring of red laser dots
surrounding the center aiming laser for quicker
target acquisition and more shots on target. |
The
CM-MK4 projects a ring of 8 red laser dots with one
red laser dot in the center as the aiming laser. The
circle grows at one-inch per yard, approximately the
same configuration as a shotgun aimed at a moving
target. The red laser circular pattern gives the
user the advantage of a wide field-of-view while
using both eyes for aiming.
The Laserlyte® CM-MK4 allows new shooters the
advantage of building muscle reflex skills through
learning the sight pattern for their specific
firearm. For personal defense firearms, the laser
circumvents the user from taking precious time
aiming with sights when all the user has to do is
position the center aiming laser to on the target.
For target shooters with vision discrepancies, the
CM-MK4 will bring back the fun in target shooting
with more successful hits.
The LaserLyte® Center Mass™ Laser is the perfect
training aid, personal defense accessory or just
plain fun laser for faster, more accurate hits. For
more information.
